I know the list is short at present, but it is the beginning. With more additions, I can create service charts and average wait time estimates. Your contribution would help others in setting their expectations about the Microsoft repair process. I could also come up with some fancy charts, given more data.

The site is getting over 100 visits from new people per day already, so your audience awaits.
